IMPACT 2022 registration includes the following:

  • All training and educational sessions
  • All networking and social events
  • Access to the POS Lab
  • Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served during each day of the program)
  • Roundtrip flight (basic airfare on common carriers; see conference website for details)
  • Full registration and roundtrip flight for one adult guest of attendee

Attendees are responsible for:

  • Hotel accommodations
  • Ground transportation and/or airport transfers
  • Luggage fees (may differ per airline)
  • Parking at airport or hotel
  • Meals (beyond those provided by Electronic Payments)
  • Incidentals

NOTE: The IMPACT 2022 program is reserved for Electronic Payments sales partners only. Final approval of all registrations and participation are at the discretion of Electronic Payments. The company reserves the right to deny any registrant or non-registrant access to the conference for any or no reason.

In order to qualify for free airfare, you must reserve a minimum of three (3) nights of accommodations at the Orlando World Center Marriott, checking in on Sunday, October 2 and checking out on Wednesday, October 5. All hotel accommodations must be reserved via Electronic Payments’ group block no later than Friday, August 5, or before the group block sells out, whichever comes first.

If you select "require a flight" and meet the criteria, Electronic Payments will send you an electronic form in mid-late August to collect your travel and flight preferences for both you and your guest (if applicable). Electronic Payments will reserve your flight(s) based on the details provided, so please make sure the information is as accurate and current as possible.

All flights will be reserved for basic airfare on common carriers. We'll do our best to accommodate your selected flights and travel preferences, though they are not guaranteed.

Attendee Cancellation Policy(Required)

If your registration is approved and you can no longer attend IMPACT 2022, you may cancel by providing written notice to marketing@electronicpayments.com. Please understand that reserved airfare is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the cost of the airfare.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations. You may cancel your hotel reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel after the stated cancellation deadline, the Orlando World Center Marriott will assess a fee. This fee equals one night of your charges (for the first night of your reservation), plus tax, and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Conference Photo Release(Required)

Electronic Payments will take photos of attendees throughout the conference. These photos are for Electronic Payments’ use only and may appear on our corporate websites, newsletters, social media outlets, brochures, or other promotional materials.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is the dress code?

    The dress code at all Electronic Payments’ functions is business casual. Additionally, dress shorts, t-shirts, and sandals are welcome and encouraged during the outdoor events. We want everyone to be cool and comfortable.

  • Is there a registration deadline?

    We encourage attendees to register as soon as possible since there’s limited space available. General registration will be open until the event is at capacity OR until Friday, August 5, whichever comes first.

  • Will there be a waiting list if registration is at capacity?

    Yes, Electronic Payments will start a waiting list if registration is at capacity. We strongly encourage Electronic Payments agent and ISO partners to register as soon as possible to reserve their spot(s). Past conferences have reached capacity well before the cutoff date.

  • What is the Cancellation Policy?

    You may cancel your hotel reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel after the stated cancellation deadline, the Orlando World Center Marriott will assess a fee. This fee equals one night of your charges (for the first night of your reservation), plus tax, and will be charged to the credit card on file.

    Reserved airfare is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the cost of the airfare.

  • Can I bring a business colleague?

    Yes, provided they register and participate in the full program!

  • Can I bring a guest such as a friend, relative, or spouse who is not involved in the industry?

    Yes, but please keep in mind that this program is focused on education, training, and networking. All registered attendees are expected to participate in the full program, including all educational and networking events. Therefore, we highly recommend bringing a business colleague.

  • Are children allowed to participate?

    Due to the professional nature of the IMPACT 2022 program and itinerary, minors are not allowed to attend. All attendees must be 21+ years of age.

  • Do I have to reserve accommodations at the Orlando World Center Marriott in order to attend?

    No, we understand that attendees may live in close proximity to the resort and/or prefer to stay elsewhere. However, if you’re seeking accommodations, we’ve secured a very competitive and affordable rate at the resort. Our discounted group rate for a standard single/double guest room is $189.00 per night, plus tax, room charges, and a daily resort fee of $42.00.

    NOTE: If you’re interested in taking advantage of our free airfare offer, you must book a minimum of three (3) hotel nights at the Orlando World Center.

  • When will I receive my flight confirmation?

    In mid-late August, Electronic Payments will send you a form to submit your travel and flight preferences for both you and your guest (if applicable). We’ll reserve your flight based on the details provided and email a flight confirmation in September.

    Reserved airfare is non-refundable. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged for the cost of the airfare.

  • Can I extend my stay?

    If you’re interested in extending your stay beyond the conference program dates, the Electronic Payments’ discounted guest room rate is offered three days before and three days after the event, based on availability. Simply inform the Marriott when booking your accommodations and be sure to indicate the appropriate dates of travel when submitting your flight preferences to Electronic Payments.

  • How much does it cost to park at the resort?

    All conference attendees will receive discounted self-parking rates of $12.00/day, plus tax. Simply reference the Electronic Payments group block to receive the discounted parking rates.

  • Can I get reimbursed for airfare if I book my flights in advance?

    No, Electronic Payments will NOT reimburse airfare if you book in advance. If you qualify for the free airfare, Electronic Payments must reserve your roundtrip flight.

  • Can I get reimbursed for gas or car rentals if I prefer to drive?

    No, Electronic Payments will NOT reimburse for gas or car rentals.

  • How far is the Orlando World Center Marriott from the local airport?

    The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 18 miles from the resort, a 20 minute ride. Mears Airport Shuttle provides transportation services for a cost of $21.00 one way or $37.00 round trip (reservations required). Estimated taxi fare is $50.00 one way.

  • What if I need to leave early or can only participate in certain activities?

    Please contact Electronic Payments immediately at marketing@electronicpayments.com if you’re not able to participate in all IMPACT 2022 hosted events.
