The resort is 25 miles from the Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport (SJU), approximately 35-45 minutes, pending traffic.

The resort does not offer complimentary airport transfers. Discounted shuttle transportation will be available to reserve in advance. The cost is $42.00 per person, one way (including tax). Reservation details and a booking link will be included in your IMPACT26 confirmation email.

No. All attendees and guests will be required to arrange, book, and pay for their own airfare and travel to the venue. There will be no reimbursement or refunds/credits for any expenses incurred by any attendee or guest for any reason.

Yes; registration will be open until Friday, October 9th or until the conference is at capacity, whichever comes first. We suggest registering as soon as possible to reserve your spot.

Yes, Electronic Payments will start a waiting list if registration is at capacity. We strongly encourage Electronic Payments agent and ISO partners to register as soon as possible to reserve their spot(s). Past conferences have reached capacity well before the cutoff date.

Registrations are fully refundable through Friday, October 9th. After that date, cancellations and no-shows will be non-refundable. Registrations may be transferred at any time at no cost.

You may cancel or transfer your registration to another individual by referring to the "Manage Your Registration" link within your IMPACT confirmation email or by logging into your registration page. Click the “Manage Your Registration" link and follow the on-screen instructions.

Please remember that canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel arrangements. Attendees are responsible for canceling their own hotel reservations. You may cancel your hotel reservation without penalty up to 72 hours prior to arrival. If you must cancel after the stated cancellation deadline, the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort will assess a fee. This fee equals one night of your charges (for the first night of your reservation), plus tax, and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Our preferred group rate is $259.00/night (single/double occupancy), plus applicable taxes, gratuities, and a $45.00 daily resort fee.

If you’re interested in extending your stay beyond the conference program dates, the Electronic Payments’ discounted guest room rates are offered three days before and three days after the conference, based on availability. Available options will appear when reserving your room on our group booking site.
